Telefonica STILL have the monopoly, no matter what is said and I have never been able to find a telephone company which doesn't have to go through Telefonica first to get the 'phone and no matter who, you will still have to pay Telefonica for the rent of the 'phone on top of your bill! I solved my problem by going on to Wireless and using a VOIP company for my telephone calls from the computer. I think you'd find this easier!
